Ever since the outset in 1982, Sweden has been LEIAB’s principal market. 80 percent of our turnover derives from there. Over the years we have demonstrated that we are a partner to be trusted, and we have secured a large number of regular collaborative partners.

We have experienced extremely positive development of the exports over the last years. In 2024 more than 20 percent of our sales went to export, primarily to the UK but also to Norway and Denmark. Our objective is to continue to grow in the UK market.

LEIAB’s business idea is to manufacture purpose-built windows with very high demands on performance and lifespan.

Our marketing is primarily directed towards the following 3 interested parties:

• Developers

Our factory and head office are situated in Mariannelund in Sweden. Mariannelund is located at essentially the same distance to the Swedish metropolitan regions with a 3-hour travel time from Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö by car, bus or train. We have had the privilege of delivering many windows to the UK market, and especially to the London area, as well.

LEIAB has been privileged to deliver more than a million windows and patio doors for window replacements and new production. In the map function on our reference page you can search for reference objects near you. There are, among other things, pictures of more than 3,000 reference objects.

LEIAB has more than 40 projects in London only with more than 30,000 units installed.

More than one million windows and patio doors have been delivered for window replacements and new production to projects in Sweden and in the UK.

All products are custom made to your specifications, down to the last millimeter. This allows the fitting to be both faster and also much more convenient. The most exposed parts of the window, the frame and outer sash, are made out of strong aluminium fitted with weep holes. This prevents the window from rotting, and provides you with a product with a superior life span. The interior is made from timber with a high quality decorative finish.

Of the approximately 3000 references, approximately 100 are in the UK and approximately 2500 in Sweden. In Sweden’s largest city, Stockholm, there are approximately 1000 references. An example of a reference is shown on the right. Gåshaga Pirar on Lidingö was the first delivery of the then new window model Haga and was delivered in 1999-2000. Haga has since developed into our best seller.

LEIAB delivered approximately 300 relatively narrow, inward-opening white windows to Gåshaga Pirar. The outward-opening windows are supplied by H-Windows, which is part of the same group as LEIAB.
